Need something in between?
Plans are a starting point, not a fixed menu. Common changes are a higher user limit, only the platforms you sell on, your own servers instead of ours, or a feature built for you. Tell us what you need and we'll put a plan together.
Full source licence £25,000 one-time
Own the code outright: a perpetual licence to our app source for every platform, with setup guidance and documentation. You host it, change it and run it yourself.
Ask about the source licenceThe setup fee covers your app build and a minimum 3-month term, then billing is month to month. Enterprise contracts are agreed individually. Apps are published under your own developer accounts: Apple charges $99 a year and Google a one-off $25.

Questions
Will my customers know who builds the apps?
No. The apps are published under your developer accounts, with your name, logo and colours. We aren't mentioned anywhere your customers will see.
Do I need my own Apple and Google developer accounts?
Yes. We publish the apps under your accounts so your brand appears on the stores, and we help you set them up. Apple charges $99 a year and Google a one-off $25.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You own the billing relationship with your customers and charge what you like. We bill you a flat monthly rate, whatever you charge.
Can you change a plan to fit us?
Yes. User limits, platforms, servers, support levels and features can all be adjusted. Tell us what you need and we'll quote a plan for it.
What if we outgrow our plan?
Moving from Starter to Growth is a plan change with no rebuild. Enterprise is scoped to you. If you want to bring everything in-house, the source licence lets you take the code.
What if we need a feature the apps don't have?
Send a change request from your dashboard. Branding changes are quick; feature requests are queued with a timeline. Larger features can be quoted as custom development, and Enterprise partners get priority.
Do you only build VPN software?
Mostly VPN and privacy software, and the systems around it: apps, portals, billing, server provisioning and monitoring. If your project is close to that, ask.
Is there a minimum contract?
The setup fee covers a minimum 3-month term, then billing is month to month. Enterprise contracts and custom projects are agreed individually.
